I think there's been a lot of hype around this collection, and I was caught up in it all. As soon as it was released I bought the entire collection, and I love it!

I was surprised that all of the polishes are such different formulations. The first two (Pinky Brown and Purple Blue) are a kind of micro glitter which produces an almost holographic duo chrome effect but is completely opaque in two coats.. it's also not like glitter to get off, so you get the best of both worlds. Aqua Violet reminds me of a Miss Sporty colour I used to wear non-stop when I was about 13 but it's a beautiful colour. The texture of Aqua Violet and Golden Green is similar to the metallics from Models Own, I was expecting this formulation from the entire collection, I think these may not be as long wearing as the other colours. I found both of the greens, although lovely colours, a little disappointing in terms of being 'multi-tonal', Golden Green has a slight gold shimmer when in a certain light but isn't very noticeable. Emerald black has a blueish shimmer in the bottle but this doesn't transfer to the nail when applied, it comes out like a very dark green, the texture is similar to the rest of the flat colours from Models Own, even though I don't believe it's multi-tonal or duo chrome I do love my dark polishes so I think I will be getting a lot of wear from this colour.
My favourites are definitely Pinky Brown and Purple Blue, the formulation is gorgeous to apply, dries quickly and looks stunning on the nails. I think due to the micro glitter quality of these polishes they will also be longer wearing. I hope Models Own make some more 'micro glitter' polishes, I would love to see which other colours they could come up with.
